Amsterdam –June 1st, 2011– STEALTH Software B.V. the world’s only true transparent solution to connect SharePoint™ to private and public cloud environments today announced that is has signed an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft for Windows Azure™ Only. The Windows Azure™ platform and the STEALTH Content Store for SharePoint™ offering is a software and hardware solution designed to provide a transparent, seamless and cost effective external cloud storage infrastructure for Microsoft SharePoint™ environments.

STEALTH Software announces Mr. Gerard Warrens as CEO of STEALTH Software B.V.

As the CEO, Mr. Warrens drives the continued business development activities of STEALTH Software while leveraging the relationships with technology partners, service providers and Value Added Resellers, in order to drive the joint value propositions and support mutual customers in global markets.
With more than10 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Warrens has build broad national and international experience with various IT companies, like EMC where he grew the Aerospace and Defense business 9-fold in 4 years as member of the EMEA Public Sector Management team.  
Mr. Warrens holds a master's degree in Marketing from the Dutch Institute of Marketing (NIMA-C) and a bachelor's degree in law & economics from the Dutch Higher School for Administration and Economics (HEAO - EJ). He is a graduate of IMD's, Lausanne Program: Sustaining High Performance.

STEALTH Software Announces STEALTH Content Store 2.2 for SharePoint Including Providers for Cloud Storage Platforms

STEALTH Software®, today announced its release of STEALTH Content Store® 2.2. In addition to new features and functions, it also delivers a set of optional adapters for on-premise and Cloud-based storage platforms. The provider enable SharePoint customers to relocate content BLOBs quickly and easily, without any coding or complex administrative tasks.
"The design goal of our provider architecture was to enable organizations to easily relocate SharePoint content Binary Large Objects (BLOBs) to a variety of storage platforms without any heavy lifting," said Osgar de Laat, STEALTH Software’s CEO. "The Providers leverage native interfaces where possible in order to maximize performance and functionality. They're also simple to install and configure, with clients able to relocate SharePoint content BLOBs in seconds."

The initial set of providers include Amazon® S3, EMC® Atmos(TM), EMC Atmos onLine Storage Service, Bizanga Store Ring and Windows® Azure(TM). There are also providers available for Caringo CAStor® a content addressed storage (CAS) platform.
