Gerard Warrens
CEO
Gerard Warrens joined STEALTH Software B.V. as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President for Sales and Business Development. Prior to STEALTH Software, Mr. Warrens worked for a number of large international IT- and manufacturing companies in various (global) management positions in The Netherlands, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. He brings both operational as well as sales and business development experience to STEALTH Software from his previous management roles at Tenneco, Bayer and EMC, where he grew the Aerospace and Defense business 9-fold in 4 years as member of the EMEA Public Sector Management team. Mr. Warrens holds a master's degree in Marketing from the Dutch Institute of Marketing (NIMA-C) and a bachelor's degree in law & economics from the Dutch Higher School for Administration and Economics (HEAO - EJ). He is a graduate of IMD's, Lausanne Program: Sustaining High Performance. Mr. Warrens served as a subject matter expert for the Trans Atlantic Secure Collaboration Program (TSCP) and participated in Boeing's initiative for industry on IT network centricity in Washington DC..
Osgar de Laat
VP Strategic Alliances
Osgar de Laat joined STEALTH Software B.V. as Co-Founder and Vice President for Strategic Alliances. Prior to STEALTH Software, Mr. De Laat worked for a number of large international IT-companies in various national- and international management positions. He brings both sales as well as business development experience to STEALTH Software from his previous roles at IRI Software, Hyperion Software and EMC, where, as part of his 10 year tenure, he significantly grew the business with leading System Integrators and Outsourcers as member of the Dutch Management Team and EMEA Global Accounts Team. Mr. De Laat holds a master's degree in Business Administration for Information Management and for Management of Change from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Dutch Higher School for Administration and Economics (HEAO - CE).
