Gerard Warrens joined STEALTH Software as Co-Founder and CEO. Prior to STEALTH Software, he worked for a number of large international IT- and manufacturing companies in various (global) management positions in The Netherlands, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. As part of his tenure he managed businesses in the Middle East and Far East over an extended period. This included building manufacturing facilities in India and China. He has a strong operational as well as sales and business development background from his previous management roles at Tenneco, Bayer and EMC, where he grew the Aerospace and Defense business 9-fold in 4 years as member of the EMEA Public Sector Management team. Gerard holds a master's degree in Marketing from the Dutch Institute of Marketing (NIMA-C) and a bachelor's degree in law & economics from the Dutch Higher School for Administration and Economics (HEAO - EJ). He is a graduate of IMD's, Lausanne Program: Sustaining High Performance. Gerard served as a subject matter expert for the Trans Atlantic Secure Collaboration Program (TSCP) to built a generic architecture for large, international Aerospace and Defense programs. He participated in Boeing's initiative for industry on IT network centricity in Washington DC. In 2010, he co-founded Stealth Software.
Osgar de Laat
VP of Strategic Alliances
Osgar joined STEALTH Software B.V. as Co-Founder and Vice President for Strategic Alliances. Prior to STEALTH Software, Osgar worked for a number of large international IT-companies in various national- and international management positions. He brings both sales as well as business development experience to STEALTH Software from his previous roles at IRI Software, Hyperion Software and EMC, where, as part of his 10 year tenure, he significantly grew the business with leading System Integrators and Outsourcers as member of the Dutch Management Team and EMEA Global Accounts Team. Osgar holds a master's degree in Business Administration for Information Management and for Management of Change from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Dutch Higher School for Administration and Economics (HEAO - CE).
Mark X. Stratman
Bio: Mark joined STEALTH Software on January 1, 2014 and has over thirty years in the Information Technology Consulting industry and more than fifteen years focusing on the implementation of Oracle applications in the High Tech, DoD, Retail and Energy sectors. Mark has demonstrated time and again the business acumen, technical grasp and leadership skills necessary to staff, plan and direct large-scale, multiple platform projects and programs, deploying the technical solutions which have delivered bottom-line business impact for an impressive list of Fortune 1000 companies. Throughout his career in industry and consulting he has focused on the delivery of major business applications in the areas of financial, HCM and supply chain. In addition to his extensive experience in the Retail and High Tech sectors, Mark has substantial experience in Energy, Transportation, Automotive, Financial Services, and Public Sectors.
EMEA Director Professional Services
Sander joined Stealth Software in June, 2014. Prior to Stealth Software, He spent 10 years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and more than 5 years with Microsoft in a number of roles. Sander’s key responsibilities were consultancy, implementation and services engagements with large government agencies and enterprise customers. He has been working with SharePoint since its inception more than 10 years ago. He designed and built numerous SharePoint architectures for Government ministries and enterprise companies in EMEA.
Steven R. Hooper
VP Law Enforcement Practice
Steve joined Stealth Software on July 1, 2013 after retiring from a successful 30 year career with the FBI. He served in five field offices and FBI Headquarters before retiring from the Phoenix Field Office to join Stealth Software. Steve boasts an extensive background in Homeland Security, Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Intelligence operations, as well as crisis response and tactical operations. Steve has 10 years of executive management and leadership, critical incident command, and National Incident Management System (NIMS) experience. He led a Russian Organized Crime Task Force in Budapest, Hungary and was Chief of the Counterterrorism Division’s Threat Monitoring Unit at FBI Headquarters. He led the Phoenix Field Office Joint Terrorism Task Force and Domestic Intelligence Programs. Steve has 18 years of SWAT experience and is a Firearms Instructor and an Advanced Tactical Instructor. He attended the George C. Marshall School for European Security Studies and was an Adjunct Professor in the Global Security Intelligence Services Program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ. Steve has a B.S. from St. Anselm’s College in Manchester, NH and a Master’s in Homeland Security from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
Hans ter Horst
Head of Product Development
Hans ter Horst brings a substantial experience from software product development, project management and consultancy. Prior to STEALTH Software, Hans worked for WMS Gaming in London leading a successful team of engineers to create products and to meet challenging milestones. Hans started his career with Philips Electronics in the Telecommunication and Business Systems Divisions. He has an international experience in working in the complete development cycle of projects for both large organizations like ILEX in France as well as for start-ups like EPM Software and TwobyFour in Sweden. Hans is specialized in operating systems, network programming and application management software. Hans holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Dutch Higher School for Informatics Enschede (HIO).
