Gerard Warrens ǀ CEO
Gerard is the Founder and CEO of STEALTH. Prior to STEALTH Software, he worked for a number of large international IT- and manufacturing companies in various (global) management positions in The Netherlands, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. As part of his tenure he managed businesses in the Middle East and Far East over an extended period. This included building manufacturing facilities in India and China. He has a strong operational as well as sales and business development background from his previous management roles at Tenneco, Bayer AG and EMC², where he grew the EMEA Aerospace, Defense and Homeland Security business 9-fold in 4 years as member of the EMEA Public Sector Management team. Gerard holds a master's degree in Marketing from the Dutch Institute of Marketing (NIMA-C) and a bachelor's degree in law & economics from the Dutch Higher School for Administration and Economics (HEAO - EJ). He is a graduate of IMD's, Lausanne Program: Sustaining High Performance. Gerard served as a subject matter expert for the Trans-Atlantic Secure Collaboration Program (TSCP) in Washington DC. The program set out to build a generic architecture for large, international Aerospace and Defense programs. He participated in Boeing's initiative for industry on IT network centricity. In 2010, he founded Stealth Software.
Mark X. Stratman ǀ Chief Operating Officer & Global Head of Professional Services
Mark Stratman is the Chief Operating Officer of Stealth Software. From 2008 to 2013, he was a Vice President at Oracle Consulting where he was responsible for leading Oracle’s largest and most strategic client programs including the US Marine Corps, NetApp and Mattel. Previously, he was a Vice President at Capgemini and prior to the merger with Capgemini in 2000 he was a Partner in the information technology practice at Ernst & Young for 10 years. Mark also spent 12 years at Price Waterhouse where he was also a Partner. During his 30+ years in technology consulting, he has served many prestigious clients such as Target, Lowe’s, Limited Brands, Phillips Petroleum, British Petroleum, Delta Air Lines and Porsche Cars North America. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly UMR) in 1973 and a Master of Science degree in data processing from Washington University in 1979. He was also recognized by the computer science department at Missouri S&T with a Professional Degree in 2001. He is a member of the Missouri S&T Academy of Computer Science where he was a founding member and served as Vice President.
Steven R. Hooper ǀ VP Homeland Security / CSO
Steve joined Stealth Software on July 1, 2013 after retiring from a successful 30 year career with the FBI. He served in five field offices and FBI Headquarters before retiring from the Phoenix Field Office to join Stealth Software. Steve boasts an extensive background in Homeland Security, Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Intelligence operations, as well as crisis response and tactical operations. Steve has 10 years of executive management and leadership, critical incident command, and National Incident Management System (NIMS) experience. He led a Russian Organized Crime Task Force in Budapest, Hungary and was Chief of the Counterterrorism Division’s Threat Monitoring Unit at FBI Headquarters. He led the Phoenix Field Office Joint Terrorism Task Force and Domestic Intelligence Programs. Steve has 18 years of SWAT experience and is a Firearms Instructor and an Advanced Tactical Instructor. He attended the George C. Marshall School for European Security Studies and was an Adjunct Professor in the Global Security Intelligence Services Program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ. Steve has a B.S. from St. Anselm’s College in Manchester, NH and a Master’s in Homeland Security from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
Mark Hanneken ǀ VP Business Development
Mark is an experienced entrepreneur and innovative senior executive with over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries. He has been a critical component in the growth of a number of start-up companies into highly successful organizations, leading the firm’s sales, marketing and business development efforts. Mark joined STEALTH Software in June, 2014, and also brings a national security perspective to the cyber security industry. He served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC, working in the areas of international counterterrorism, criminal and counterintelligence, and served in many areas around the world, including Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East and Central America. Earlier in his career, Mark was a partner at Cachet Homes, a real estate development firm. Cachet became the largest developer of condominiums in Arizona and was voted, “2002 Ranking Arizona Magazine #1 Developer.” Mark's educational background includes a BS in Engineering from Marquette University, a JD from Marquette University Law School and a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Hans ter Horst ǀ Head of Product Development
Hans ter Horst brings extensive software product development, project management and consultancy to the team. Prior to STEALTH Software, Hans worked for WMS Gaming in London and led a successful team of engineers that created advanced products while meeting challenging milestones. Hans started his career with Philips Electronics in the Telecommunication and Business Systems Divisions. He has international experience working for both large organizations such as ILEX in France and start-ups such as EPM Software and TwobyFour in Sweden. Hans is specialized in operating systems, network programming and application management software. Hans holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Dutch Higher School for Informatics Enschede (HIO).
Sander Hummel ǀ VP Head of Professional Services EMEA
Sander joined Stealth Software in June, 2014. Prior to Stealth Software, He spent 10 years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and more than 5 years with Microsoft in a number of roles. Sander’s key responsibilities were consultancy, implementation and services engagements with large government agencies and enterprise customers. He has been working with SharePoint since its inception more than 10 years ago. He designed and built numerous SharePoint architectures for Government ministries and enterprise companies in EMEA.
