Willem Hendrickx
Willem Hendrickx holds an Advisor role for Miradore. Willem currently holds the position of Senior Vice President EMEA at Riverbed Technology and has successfully served global ICT companies and held key executive positions such as Senior Vice President, Global Channels at EMC Corporation and Executive Vice President, Telecom & Media at Tieto. In addition, he is involved in smaller growth companies, utilizing his contact network and experience in developing both direct and indirect sales channels.
John Leggate
John is a highly experienced energy sector executive and investment professional in the clean-tech and media digital technology areas. John is the UK-based Managing Partner of Quintal Partners - a Hong Kong based investment advisory business specialising in the market entry of growth stage into China, including alternative energy and resource efficiency companies. From 2008 - 2012, John was a Venture Partner with the €4 billion US venture capital firm Vantage Point Capital Partners, a global leader ‘clean tech’ investing, and is still retained as a Senior Advisor to the firm. He serves on the Boards of wind energy company FloDesign Wind Turbines (Boston) and wave energy company Carnegie Wave Energy (Perth, WA). In the social media / photographic arena, he is on the Board of Pink Zulu Labs (San Francisco). John was previously on the Board of the solar energy company Solar Century (London). John's main career (27 years) was spent at British Petroleum across a range of senior roles, spending his last 10 years as a member of the BP Group Senior Leadership Team. As the CIO he was closely involved in the development of corporate policy on technology foresight. In addition John ran the global supply chain for the Corporation including significant outsourcing operations to India and China. Before BP, he spent 7 years involved in design and construction of large scale power stations - including coal, oil and nuclear plants. John was awarded the CBE in 2004 and is a member of Royal Academy of Engineering.
Steve Alfieris
Chief Executive Officer at Intellidyne
As IntelliDyne's CEO, Steve reports directly to the Chairman and Founder of IntelliDyne, Mr. Robert Grey. Steve is responsible for all facets of the company's strategy, tactics, and execution. In his role, he is responsible for the company's expansion goals, customer care, employee development, new customer acquisition, offer development, quality of service, financial oversight, and overall daily operations. Prior to joining the company, Steve was the Divisional Vice President and General Manager at a Fortune 500 organization with worldwide operations for the US Federal Government vertical. Through his leadership, the Federal Systems Division grew substantially and continues to be the federal market leader in Information Life cycle Management solutions and services. Over his 20 year tenure, Steve worked in Customer Service, Systems Engineering, and multiple Sales Management roles before leading the company's efforts in the federal government market. He attended Devry Technical Institute in addition to completing multiple Executive Management courses.
Joe Kuhn

Financial Officer. He is responsible for overall management and
direction of IntelliDyne's strategic financial activity. In addition, Joe provides executive direction and leadership to the teams
responsible for corporate finance, accounting, compliance, legal and
contracting functions. Joe is an accomplished financial
executive with more than 25 years of financial, operational and
strategic planning experience working with entrepreneurs and management
teams to successfully build high growth technology companies and create
shareholder value. His management team experience ranges from start-ups
to publicly-held multinationals. Throughout his career, Joe has
raised over $600 million in debt and equity capital to fund business
plans. Most recently, Joe served as CFO of Fishbowl, Inc., a
venture-backed provider of on-demand marketing software and services
for the restaurant industry, where he strengthened the financial
organization and aligned resources with strategy to support the
company's growth. Prior to Fishbowl, Joe was CFO at NextPoint
Networks, a provider of convergence technologies and secure
interconnectivity solutions where he led the company through a complex
merger and eventual sale to GENBAND. Joe previously served as CFO
of venture-backed Mobile 365, Inc., a global leader in delivery and
settlement of mobile messaging and data services, where he scaled a
global organization during a period of hyper growth until the sale of
the business to Sybase. Joe also served as CFO of OPNET
Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPNT), Wisor Telecom Corporation, Ciraden,
Inc., and Alaris Medical, Inc. (NYSE:AMI). Mr. Kuhn began his career in
public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Joe earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Rutgers University and is a certified public accountant.
